If your information is immediately accessible when you call, the customer service representative will review it with you and you may make changes to it at that time. If your information is not immediately accessible when you contact us, within 30 business days, Prizm will inform you of the types of information we have about you. If you would like to further review the information, you may request a copy be sent to you by mail. Prizm may charge a fee for providing a copy by mail.
If you would like to opt-out of receiving marketing e-mails from us, you may do so by using the unsubscribe feature included in the e-mails we send.
